"Come and See" how to be prepared for the "End Times" which we are now well into per God's Word, but is hidden from most!
"Come and See"
As you will soon see, if not already, that we are a bible prophesy and bible teaching church.
In the beginning and up to about the middle of the 6th chapter of the book of Revelation, this phrase, "Come and See", is used 4 times: each time the Lamb of God opened the first 4 Seals of the Apocalypse (note, there are 7 Seals),
And so, like the Apostle John, in order to learn what our Lord and Savior has been trying to reveal, we all need to "Come and See".
BTW, John the Apostle recorded the Lord using that same expression several times in the Gospel according to John (BTW, he also wrote 1st, 2nd, and 3rd John, as well the the Book of Revelation)!
We need to keep that expression in mind because it has a pretty deep meaning.
We find it's significance when we read James 4:8, "Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you..."!
Did you put all that together?
That means, in this case, for you to take the time necessary to listen to the Holy Spirit-led messages on this website, as well as keeping an open mind by having a willingness to back-burner or even discard some of your preconceived bible knowledge.
Believe me, you will never "get it", as the saying goes, if you feel like you already "got it".
Remember, there are many false teachers and even antiChrists in this world today; they even existed way back during the time of the Apostles (see 1-John 2:18-19)!
YET, I'm confident that not a single one of them (false teachers or antiChrists) ever once considered the notion that they themselves could be that, or working against God in such wrongful ways!
Now, ponder that last sentence for a few moments and then scroll down to the below pic and passages ..., if you truly wish to "Come and See"...
"Jesus saith unto him, I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me." ....... "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."
John 14:6 (AKJV) and Proverbs 14:12 / 16:25 (AKJV)
Now, do you think that most of the main religion leaders (sometimes referred to as "princes" in the bible) in Jesus' day thought they were the ones who were wrong, and rather that HE was one who was right?
OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T!
"7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory." (1-Cor. 2:7-8 AKJV)
DO YOU THINK MAJOR RELIGION LEADERS OF TODAY WOULD BE ANY DIFFERENT?
Well, that would depend on 2 critical things:
1. HOW FAR THEY HAVE "COME", ... and ...
2. HOW MUCH THEY ARE ABLE TO "SEE"!
"1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall SEE him as he is. 3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure." (1-JOHN 3:1-3)
Please read vs. 2 again. Trust me, it is not a word salad. A very deep truth is carefully hidden there!
But don't worry if you don't get it. You will soon if you truly set your heart to learn.
And besides, in the last chapter of the last book of the Holy Bible, the Lord encouraged us all to do the same:
"And the Spirit and the bride say, 'Come'. And let him that heareth say, 'Come'. And let him that is athirst 'Come'. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely." (Rev. 22:17 AKJV)
So, the question now is, "will you do that my friend?"
